Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to delivering your ArthroLume™ device safely and efficiently. Please review the following policy regarding shipment processing, timelines, and liability.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. "Processing" is the time it takes for us to pack and hand off your order to the carrier.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ArthroLume™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, we will refund the cost of the product minus any shipping and handling fees incurred.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

ArthroLume™ is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, we want to ensure you are satisfied. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@arthrolume.com with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you with a replacement.

6. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Note on Medical Devices: International regulations on wellness and light therapy devices vary. It is your responsibility to ensure that the ArthroLume™ device complies with the import regulations of your specific country before ordering.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@arthrolume.com immediately (within 1 hour of placing the order). Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the address.
